Delete your data

Last updated: 1 November 2026

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time:

1. Instagram: send DELETE (or SİL) to @docdream.uk – the chat is erased immediately.
2. E-mail: write to [email protected] with the subject «Delete my data» and your Instagram username, phone or e-mail. We confirm within 30 days.
3. Phone: 07807 868447.

Writing STOP on Instagram ends automatic messages; we keep only a one-way code so that we never message you again. See the privacy notice.
